The Diet

PDFPrintE-mail

In order to be successful on the HCG protocol you need to make a commitment to follow it for at least 23-days. If you are unwilling to commit to the diet for this long, then this diet isn’t for you.

THE DIET (Organic is best but not required.)

Day One:

  • Take 18 drops of HCG (human chorionic gonadotrophin) first thing in the morning and 18 drops 12 hours later.  Make sure you wait 15 mintes before eating or drinking anything after your drops.
  • Drink one-half to one gallon of water throughout the day, ideally with coral calcium sachets.
  • Gorge yourself and eat as much food as you can throughout the day.

Day Two:

  • Repeat Day One. Gorging helps with the hunger feelings while on the program and will "ready" your body to have the ultimate success.

Day Three - Completion:

  • As soon as you wake up empty your bladder. Then weigh yourself without your clothes.
  • Take your drops of HCG (human chorionic gonadotrophin) first thing in the morning and 18 drops 12 hours later.
  • Drink one-half to one gallon of water throughout the day, ideally with coral calcium sachets.

Basically, you will be eating 3 small meals a day which include lean proteins, vegetables and fruit.  To see the actual Diet you must purchase one of our protocols.

Since 1975, the FDA has required labeling and advertising of hCG to state:
HCG has not been demonstrated to be effective adjunctive therapy in the treatment of obesity. There is no substantial evidence that it increases weight loss beyond that resulting from caloric restriction, that itcauses amore attractive or "normal" distribution of fat, or that it decreases hunger & discomfort associated with calorie-restricted diets.
