I’ve never found an easier way to lose weight than with the HCG sublingual drops. My youthful size is back, and my hormone levels are more balanced. I went through about 2 and a half HCG bottles, total, with a few weeks’ break in the middle. (Must stay on it for at least 21 days at a time).

After HCG protocol, by Lynnie Walker, who went from a size 12 to a size 4 in 2 months:I have kept my weight off (with 5 lb. variance up and down) for OVER A YEAR, after stopping the HCG by doing the following:I eat until I’m satisfied, but not stuffed, even if I leave food on the plate.

I drink lots of iced green tea which keeps weight down. (Pour boiling water over 9 tea bags. Steep for 4 minutes in small pan. Add to gallon pitcher of water. Pour in a glass and add Stevia drops and squeezed lemon to taste).

I eat a diet that is about 80% according to “Eating for your Blood-type.” That means, as a type O, I mostly avoid flour, potatoes, corn, sugar, and dairy. And I should eat lots of meat, chicken, fish, and can have brown rice, Ezekiel Bread, quinoa, and veggies for carbs. Type A’s are mostly vegetarian. Type B’s avoid corn, chicken, tomatoes. This diet helps you avoid the foods that cause inflammation and weight gain in your body. You can buy the book or the business-size cards with the list of what to eat, and what to avoid.

I’m not perfect! I like to splurge on desserts when I go out to eat. I travel a lot, so eat what is set before me, which causes some temporary weight-gain. I even tried going back on the HCG again recently, but I “cheated” so bad, I only lost 5 pounds.

But the amazing long-term result is that I have never put my original weight back on! My body is burning calories quicker, and I have my youthful size back which I had given up. I’m thankful for the HCG protocol that took me from a size 12 to a size 4 in 2 months.

There is a follow-up protocol of what to eat after going off the drops, (which I did not know about a year ago!) which will help you gradually go back to regular eating. Notice how you will get fuller on less food! Eat healthy, and live fuller!

 

The HCG Protocol Works in Three Ways

The Tree For Life HCG Protocol works in 3 distinct ways:

1. HCG causes your hypothalamus to mobilize the fat out of the abnormal fat storage locations so that it’s available for use.  The very low calorie diet of 500-800 calories a day triggers your hypothalamus to change your body’s metabolism so it continually releases the stored nutrients in the abnormal fat stored in your body.  Because of this, your body is actually operating on thousands of calories a day, but most of these come from the stored fat.  The result is your body uses these thousands of calories of fat from your abnormal fat stores and you lose weight. This is the reason why HCG users lose 1 to 2 lb. of fat or more, per day.

2.  Maintains a normal basal metabolic rate. This is your resting energy needs. If one does not  maintain intake of calories to equal your BMR, your body goes into conservation mode; it wants to conserve the calories stored in your body because it does not know when you’re going to feed it. HCG makes sure you don’t go into this slower metabolism mode so you continue to feel good while on the program.

3.  Resets the hypothalamus to prevent future regain. After you have been on the diet for the 43 days, your body will continue to want to stay on it even after you stop using the HCG. This resetting of your hypothalamic metabolism continues for a few days to a few weeks after stopping the HCG so you can continue to lose even more weight.

There is no substantial evidence that it increases weight loss beyond that resulting from caloric restriction,that itcauses amore attractive or "normal" distribution of fat, or that it decreases hunger & discomfort associated with calorie-restricted diets.
