Every day your body loses water through perspiration, respiration, urination and bowel movement. For the body to function properly, you must replace this water loss by consuming liquids and foods containing it.
There are different approaches to the required amount of water that healthy adults consume.

- Ya que los aceites pueden interferir con la reduccion de peso, esto aplica tambien a los aceites que se utilizan para la proteccion o bronceado solar. Si usted necesita utilizar protector solar asegurese que no contenga aceites.
Edulcorantes
- "Xilitol o Stevia" algunos encuentran que "Stevia" tiene un sabor amargo despues de consumirlo. El sabor de "Xilitol" es mas agradable, pero si usa mucho le hara ir con as frecuencia al bano.
Como Utilizar Las Gotas HCG Sublingual?
Mirandose al espejo, utilice el gotero y cuente las gotas cuidadosamente y coloquelo debajo de su lengua. Mantenga las gotas debajo de su lengua por un minuto y despues traguelo. Antes de comer o tomar algo espere unos 15 minutos.
Opciones Para Adultos:
- 2 veces al dia 18 gotas, con 12 horas de separacion
- 10 gotas 3 veces al dia
- 5 gotas 6 veces al dia (experimente cual es el metodo que mejor le ayuda a controlar el hambre)

Que hacer Si no se Esta Perdiendo Peso?
Por favor recuerde que es posible perder una o mas libras al dia. De igual forma la quimica de su cuerpo y su actividad diaria tal vez no le permita perder peso todos los dias, recuerde que el promedio aproximado es de una libra. Si usted aumenta de peso una o dos libras, primero re-evalue que es lo que ha comido y cuales son los liquidos que ha injerido. Luego mire los interruptores de la meseta.
- Aumente el consumo de agua de 2 a 3 litros por dia
- Trate de aumentar la proteina a 5 onzas
- Pare de mezclar los vegetales
- No come pan
- Coma una porcion menor o no como carne
- Si usted no ha perdido peso en 3 dias trate de comer 6 manzanas en un dia. Si esto no funciona tenga un dia de carne (vea los detalles a continuacion).
- Si esto no funciona entonces tenga "un dia de carne" esto significa que usted podra tomar agua, te y cafe cuando quiera y cuanto quiera, pero usted no comera nada hasta la cena. Para la cena usted comera un bistec (bife) grande de carne con un tomate o manzana. Asi que para "un dia reducido de carne" esta permitido consumir los liquidos antes mencionados pero solamente 100 gr. (3.5 onzas) de un bistec de carne con una manzana para la cena.
- Mantenga un diario de comida. Si usted no pierde peso repase todo lo que alla consumido en esos dias.
- Revise todos los condimentos y asegurese que no contengan azucar.
- Asegurese que el pollo o otra fuente de proteina no contenga aditivos - muchas veces ya vienen del supermercado con azucares inyectados o ya preparados
- Para la mujeres, el ciclo menstrual a veces interfiere en la perdida de peso. Espere a que termine y volvera a perder peso.
- Usted ha cambiado o comenzado uno o mas medicamentos? Es posible que quizas cause que el cuerpo necesite ser ajustado, pero usted querra consultar con un profesional medico para un posible cambio nuevamente o ir a la prescripcion medica anterior; si es qu se sigue manteniendose en el mismo peso.
- Considere agregar "la rutina" de una caminata o cualquier actividad fisica por 15 minutos varios dias en la semana. Cualquier actividad fisica que aumente su ritmo cardiaco. La actividad hara que su metabolismo se incremente y aumentera asi el ritmo de perdida de peso. El ejercicio es vagamente mencionado en el protocolo. Nuestra interpretacion es que el ejercicio es bueno par cada ser humano; pero este no es requerido para tener exito en el protocolo de la perdida de peso. Con esto dicho, hemos observado que algunos participantes que tienen actividades fisicas en sus trabajos como por ejemplo las camareras pareciera que mantuvieran ligeramente un alto nivel de perdida de peso que aquellos que no haya hecho absolutamente ninguna actividad.
- Asegurese de dormir lo suficiente. Algunos participantes han reportado quedarse despiertos hasta tarde y levantarse temprano y ellos han reflejado; poco o ninguna perdida de peso. Sea precavido al momento de pesarse una hora o mas despues de lo habitual (sin comer o tomar nada) revela una disminucion en la balanza o un aumento hasta 2 libras (es preferible hacerlo siempre a la misma hora). Esto sugiere que la rutina y la inadecuada forma de dormir produce efectos al momento de ir a la balanza. Mientras esto probablemente no afecta el ritmo en la perdida de peso puede producir desanimo. De igual forma la rutina y las excepciones como por ejemplo acostarse tarde o levantarse temprano deberian mantenerse en lo mismo.
- Trate de incluir 2 cucharaditas de vinagre de manzana o de jugo diariamente
Posibles Razones Por Las Cuales No Esta Eliminando Peso Diariamente
- No necesariamente lo que se registra en la balanza es el peso correcto. Bajo la influencia de HCG, la grasa esta siendo extraida de las celulas que estan almacenadas en los tejidos grasos. Si estas celulas se encuentran vacias entonces no tienen un proposito, el cuerpo quiebra la estructura celular y absorbe aquellas que no le sirven, tejido conjuntiva, vasos sanguineos, etc., quedandose atras el proceso de extraccion de grasas. Cuando esto sucede el cuerpo aparentemente reemplaza algo de las grasas extraidas con agua lo cual es retenida para este proposito. Como el agua es mas pesada que la grasa la balanza podra mostrar que no se ha perdido peso; de igual manera realmente se ha procesado suficiente grasa para balancear la dieta de 500-800 calorias. Cuando este tejido es finalmente quebrado, el agua es liberada y repentinamente hay un exceso de orina y se marca la perdida de peso.
- Pacientes que previamente han utilizados diureticos como metodos de reduccion, pierden peso en las primeras dos a tres semanas de tratamiento, mostrando solo cambios en las medidas, pero la balanza muestra muy poco o nada, porque esta reemplazando el contenido normal de liquido en su cuerpo que ha estado deshidratado. Diureticos nunca deberian ser usados como un metodo de reduccion. En el dia o alrededor de los dias de ovulacion o durante el proceso de los 3 dias del periodo menstrual algunas mujeres no perderan peso por la retencion de liquidos.
- Comiendo mas de lo permitido. Con frecuencia las personas quieren saber porque al pesar una onza mas los alimentos se ven reflejada en el peso 6 onzas. Nosotros explicamos esto de la siguiente manera, bajo la influencia de HCG la sangre esta saturada con alimentos y el columen de la sangre se ha adaptado asi mismo a recibir solamente las 500-800 calorias diarias. Cualquier ingreso adicional, aunque sea pequeno no puede ser acomodado y la sangre esta forzada a aumentar el volumen para poder soportar los alimentos extras y que solamente puede hacerse en una forma muy diluida. De esta manera no es realmente el peso de lo que se ha comido lo que determinara el final de la situacion, sino sera la cantidad de agua que el cuerpo necesita retener para acomodar los alimentos.
- A esta explicacion los pacientes se preguntaran: "Bueno, si yo pongo esa cantidad cada vez que como un poquito demas, como podre retener mi peso despues del tratamiento?" Por lo consiguiente debemos aclarar que esto solamente ocurre mientras usted esta debajo de los efectos HCG. Cuando el tratamiento se termina, la sangre ya no esta mas saturada y facilmente puede acomodar la comida extra sin tener que incrementar el volumen.
- Aunque nosotros permitimos el libre uso de la sal, el consumo diario deberia ser mas o menos el mismo siempre, un incremento en ella producira un aumento en el peso y este se mostrara en la balanza. Un aumento de sal es comunmente un aumento de peso de un dia a el otro definitivamente se notara en el dia siguiente. Ese aumento no puede ser ignorado.
- Cuando no hay error en la dieta entonces se deberia de observar los cosmeticos. La mayoria de las mujeres encuentra dificil de creer esto, que las grasa, aceites, cremas y unguentos que se aplican a la piel son absorbidos e interfieren con la reduccion de peso cuando se esta en el tratamiento HCG. Es increible que una cantidad tan pequena incremente en el area nutricional con el metodo HCG. Por ejemplo: Hemos encontrado que personas que habitualmente manejan grasas organicas y trabajan en lugares como los salones de belleza, las masajistas o carniceros, etc. nunca demuestran una satisfactoria perdida de peso al menos que puedan evitar el contacto de estas grasas con su piel.
- Por favor note: muchas mujeres que han utilizado a traves de los anos los cosmeticos que contienen grasa sis pieles se resecan si paran de usarlas. En ese caso se les permite el uso de aceite mineral simple, aquel que no tiene ningun valor nutricional. Si esto no funciona haga un "dia de manzana" consuma 6 manzanas diarias en el periodo de 24 horas y no consuma nada mas que agua y esto solamente para quitar la sed.
Iterrupciones de HCG
Usted puede ir hasta 3 dias sin HCG, luego usted comenzara a sentir mucha hambre y entonces sera muy dificil mantenerse en la dieta. Nosotros recomendamos que usted comience a comer normalmente despues de tres dias sin HCG, consumiendo por los menos 800 calorias diarias; adhiriendo carne, huevo, queso, y leche a sus comidas. Si ha sido mas de 2 semanas, usted debera re-iniciar la fase 2 desde el comienzo. Incluyendo asi el dia uno y dos de Fiesta (leer pagina 6) con HCG. Y mire como su cuerpo reacciona.
Vitaminas - Usted puede consumir vitaminas pero tenga cautela con todas aquellas que contengan aceite de pescado.
Sal - nosotros recomendamos sal marina o sal del Himalaya.
Fase 2
Primero quiero felicitarle por haber llegado a la fase 2. Para este momento estoy seguro usted esta viendo que las libras y pulgadas han desaparecido y ahora usted esta listo para que esto siga asi. La fase 2 es muy importante porque es donde toma lugar el reajuste de la glandula hipotalamos, esta fase va a ser basada de acuerdo a cuanto peso quiera perder. Si tiene una cantidad pequena de peso que perder entonces pare las gotas despues de los 21 dias y quedase en una dieta baja en calorias por 2 dias mas y luego siga las direcciones indicada en la fase 2.
Si todavia tiene que perder mas libras despues de haber tomado las gotas por 43 dias entonces en vez de comenzar la fase 2 por un periodo de 3 semanas, hagalo en un periodo de 2 semanas y haga un dia de fiesta (leer pagina 6) y luego regrese al protocolo de perdida de peso ya la dieta de 500-800 calorias con las gotas HCG. Puesto que usted puede hacer otros 43 dias con las gotas.
Ahora ya puede incrementar el consumo de calorias: La mujer 1200 calorias y el hombre 1500 calorias
Despacio comience a agregar productos lacteos y con carbohidratos. Mantengase alejado de todo lo que sea azucares. Si es posible observe por un periodo de 2 semanas como reacciona su cuerpo. Ahora lo que tenga que ver con el aumento de peso, es recomendable que se pese 2 veces por semana, y no se sienta mal al ver la balanza, ya que esto solo agregara estres. Tambien no se sienta alarmado si su peso fluctua durante la fase 2, a esto se lo identifica como rebote de peso y puede llegar hasta 10 libras dependiendo de su cuerpo; a mi mismo me sucedio alrededor de 3 a 5 libras a la semana ya Melissa alrededor de 6 libras. Esto es simplemente la forma que su cuerpo esta procesando las grasas y las calorias. Si usted va arriba de 10 libras llamenos y le ayudaremos a como volver al camino correcto o sino lea nuevamente la sesion de problemas de la fase 2.
A Continuacion Ejemplos de Alimentos Que Podra Agregar Durante La Fase 2
- Toda clase de frutas y vegetales con la excepcion de almidones (ejemplo: papa o arvejas (chicaros).
- Grandes cantidades de proteinas encontradas en los animales.
- Las frutas secas se pueden comer. Algunos han reportado que se sienten con su estomago alterado despues de haber consumido frutas secas.
- Quesos, productos lacteos (ejemplo: yogurt) y productos de soya
- Manteca, mantequilla y grasas
- Jugos dieteticos como por ejemplo: Coca Cola Dietetica o Te Dietetico
- Salmon y Pescados que contengan aceites
- Guacamole (salsa de palta) y tortilla chips.
- Helado (mantecado) sin azucar
- Galletitas de almendras sin azucar y sin carbohidratos (se puede encontrar en la tienda "Trader Joes").
- Leche sin azucar y almendras cubiertas en chocolate amargo (tambien en "Trader Joes")

12. Como usted se ira desintoxicando en la medida que pierde grasa, consuma por lo menos un galdon de agua por dia, para que sus rinones no esten saturados de toxinas lo cual podra causar problemas.

- Cocine carnes para varias viandas, y coloquelo en bolsas para poder congelarlos hasta que lo utilice.
