Customer Service Office Hours
Monday through Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. Saturday's 11:00am to 3:00pm
Questions are important to you so that means that they are important to us.
When asking one of our knowledgeable staff members a question please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to be able to respond.
We answer phone calls 7 days a week from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm PST.
If you contact us during hours other than the ones stated above, we will begin to respond by the next business day. Again, please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to be able to respond.
Orders:
All orders could take up to 24 hours to be processed.
Once orders are processed, they will then be shipped out according to our shipping standards.
Once shipped, please allow 3-7 days for arrival for all Domestic Orders.
International Orders: 8 to 14 days.
Shipping Policy
Generally if an order is received by noon it will ship that day
In by 12:00 p.m. out by 24 (hours) in most cases.
Please keep in mind that some orders could take up to 24 hours to process.

Damaged Product:
If product(s) is received by you, the consumer, broken or damaged it is your responsibility to notify The Tree For Life within 1 business day of receipt. We will then report this package to be processed for a replacement. Please return package as it was received with the original wrapping, packaging, and product(s) in place. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay the necessary shipping and handling costs for the product(s) to be returned to The Tree For Life.
Once The Tree for Life receives the product(s) back we will then ship out the appropriate product(s) to you.
