Why binge?

As someone who has studied and personally benefited from the effects of the HCG diet there is one important thing to remember as you get ready to start your diet. Part of a successful HCG diet plan includes 2 full days of loading your body full of high fatty foods. I know this almost sounds counter productive but it is important to understand the way your body stores fat.
Think of this. When we eat fatty food our body stores extra fat like a mini storage unit with lots of little garage doors that control the flow of fat though out our bodies. When we eat more fat then our body can use it either gets flushed out or the mini storage units start hoarding the fat for a rainy day when we might be starving. Our American diets are usually high in fat allowing us to become the fattest nation on the planet.
In the early 70’s Dr Simeon found a very unique medical occurrence with HCG. In essence, as his patients took the HCG injections the little garage doors that normally held the fat in would open their doors and release the fat trapped inside. This new finding proved to be a huge winner with men and women who were overweight. The garage doors would stay open and allowed for most patients to lose 1 to 2 pounds by following his strict diet of certain foods and only 500 calories per day.
The best part of the HCG diet is it includes 2 days of eating anything and I mean anything that would be considered fat, fatty, or made with a huge amount of calories, this helps your body prepare to release the fat and gets your metabolism going. When you do your 2 days of binge eating you body gets a rush of new fat cells. Once your 2 days are over your body starts increasing your metabolism and burning more fat. When you you’re your diet with this 2 day bingeing and the HCG diet liquid drops your body reacts in a positive way by burning all your extra fat reserves.
By loading up with high fatty foods during the first 2 days of your HCG diet you will see a grater fat lose in the first week. The first and second week of 500 calories will also be easier on the stomach too. Not as much hunger pain.
To maximize your fatty food days you can eat anything you like just as long as it is made with a lot of fat. This could include a gallon of full butter chocolate ice cream or 50/50 cream on every bowl of cereal for 2 days. What ever you do just make sure you eat lots of fatty foods. Make sure to get your fill during these 2 days, it will be a few months before you can think about even touching this stuff again. Once you get to that third day you only have 500 calories to eat and that’s not a lot when you have normally eaten 3000 plus calories a day.
When Dr. Simeon created the HCG diet back in the 70’s he helped many of his patients lose 1 to 2 pounds per day. Today the same great HCG diet benefits are still around. I have used HCG diet liquid and I have seen just how much a person can lose by sticking to the HCG diet and following each and every step. It’s not hard but you must stick to the plan if you want to see the same results. Many of the meals are very easy to prepare and they can help you lose the weight if you keep on the strict 500 calories per day, not per meal but per day. An added advantage that I have found is only drinking tea in the morning and some times in the early afternoon. If I drink any tea after lunch I usually find that I can’t get to sleep very well at night. If you do decide to drink tea after lunch, make sure it’s a calming tea with no caffeine.

    I am on Round 2, Phase 2 and day 2 of my Binge. Sick, and I mean SICK from eating foods that I havent touched since May (Its end of August). I was up all night last night sick and am fearing tonight will be the same. My body is used to eating organic, clean, raw foods and responding so strongly to the processed fatty foods I ave been eating. I havent eaten any fruits or veggies and miss them sooooo much!!! yesterday was: Breakfast- a Biscuit with Butter, glass of whole milk Lunch- Sushi, 2 beers Dinner- Ribs, corn, baked beans, glass of wine Today: Pancakes with butter and syrup, glass of whole milk Lunch- Philli cheesesteak, fries, ranch Snack- a brownie (homemade) with homemade vanilla ice cream (super fatty: all egg yolks and heavy cream). Dinner- About a cup of avocado and chips, 2 enchiladas, beans and rice (and 2 cocktails). (((tummy not happy))) Im looking forward to feeling empty in a couple of days!!!! It does work! Round 1, I lost 34 pounds and 41 inches. Phase 3- I gained 1 pound over the 6 week phase, but lost 5 additional inches. This phase, Im hoping to loose my last 20 lbs!

Since 1975, the FDA has required labeling and advertising of hCG to state:
HCG has not been demonstrated to be effective adjunctive therapy in the treatment of obesity. There is no substantial evidence that it increases weight loss beyond that resulting from caloric restriction,that itcauses amore attractive or "normal" distribution of fat, or that it decreases hunger & discomfort associated with calorie-restricted diets.
