Customer Service Office Hours  
Tuesday through Friday: 9:00 am to 4 :00 pm PST.
Questions are important to you so that means that they are important to us.
When asking one of our knowledgeable staff members a question please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to be able to respond.
We answer phone calls 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm pst.

If you are contacting us during other hours we will begin to respond on the next Business day, again please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to be able to respond.

Orders:
All orders take 24 to 48 hours to be processed.
Once orders are processed they will then be shipped out according to our shipping standards.
Once shipped please allow for Domestic Orders: 3 to 7 days
International Orders: 8 to 14 days.

Shipping Policy
All orders take 24 to 48 hours to be processed.

Once orders are processed, they will be shipped on our next shipping day.

Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
This means if an order is received on Saturday or Sunday once processed it would then be shipped out on Monday.

If an order is received after business hours, then once it has been processed it will be shipped out on our next Shipping Day.

Shipping Methods

USPS Priority Mail: $10.00 (most orders)

2nd Day Air UPS: $32.00 (most orders)

Overnight UPS: $45.00 (most orders)

Overnight Saturday: $55.00 (most orders)

International USPS or UPS: $21.00 (most orders).

Damage Product:

If product is received by you the consumer broken of damaged it is your responsibility to notify The Tree 4 Life within 1 business day of receipt (we will us the USPS or UPS tracking information to verify), we will then report these packages to be processed for a refund.  Please return package as it was received with the original wrapping and packaging and product in place. It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay necessary shipping and handling for the product to be returned to The Tree 4 Life.

With that in mind please know that sometimes product supply may run low so please allow extra time when those situations arise. (Note that this does not usually happen but keep in mind that it could).
