DIET - PROTOCOL

The Tree for Life Diet (T4L) Drops can be used with a diet rich in whole, natural foods focusing on lean proteins, low glycemic fruits, and low starch vegetables. A diet plan is included that explains what foods are allowed for optimal weight loss. The diet is similastrictlySimeon's Simeon's diet protocol; however, you have a wider variety of foods along with larger servings.

Safety Information:

The product is manufactured in the USA. We implement high-quality standards for manufacturing the remedies with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States (HPUS).

Will I be hungry?

Hunger shouldn't be an issue, but if increasing the drops does not help, we can also offer appetite suppressants such as African Mango and Raspberry Ketones.

Are there any limitations as far as vitamins or supplements go?

Take all medications and supplements prescribed or are already taking.

Are there limitations in oils, starches, vitamins, supplements, and sugars?

1. There are no limitations for vitamins & supplements.

2. You should still avoid oils, starches. Sugars and starches are the most important things to be avoided because they cause weight gain. All oils should be avoided for the best results, and they are hard for bodies to metabolize. However, if a product contains oil (Vitamin E, hemp seed oil, etc.), it shouldn't be avoided altogether.

Are there limitations on lotions and other hygiene products?

Customers can use their regular hygiene products. In some cases, all-natural products may be best if they show that they are sensitive to other hygiene products.

Is exercise allowed? If so, how much exercise should be done?

Exercise is permitted & encouraged! Customers will have a higher calorie intake while on a diet, so the number of calories will depend on the activity during the day. Customers should be eating between 900 – 1200 calories per day with the T4L Diet Drops drops. Exercise will also help with the transition into becoming healthy long-term.

What should I expect while on the T4L Diet Drops? Is there a loading phase, diet protocol phase, and maintenance phase?

Yes loading phase is necessary. When starting the diet, you take your drops while loading up, and the loading phase will help jump-start your success.

  • Loading on the hCG diet is done for a couple of reasons. It helps prepare the body for what is ahead, and it also provides the body with enough calories so that the dieter isn't extremely hungry when they are only allowed to consume 900-1200 calories a day.

  • Loading also has a psychological benefit, and it gives the dieter the opportunity for one last hurrah or pig out before they have to begin restricting calories.

  • Loading days help replenish structural fat stores that may have been lost through previous dieting attempts.

During this brief period (2 days), individuals will need to eat foods high in fat content. This phase is necessary to "intent to capacity" until an individual can't eat anymore. If a person fails to, they may find themselves extremely hungry during the restrictive phase of the plan.

  • Loading also helps the hCG attack the stored fat in one's body. This portion of the diet is significant, and individuals must not approach it half-heartedly, or they will suffer the consequences later. Some individuals will eat every two hours during loading days, and the loading day seems to work well. Again, the emphasis is on fats, but foods with lots of starches and even sugar are welcome as well. Anything is fair game. Here are some excellent choices for those who have no idea where to begin: macaroni and cheese, cookies, fried chicken, pizza, hamburgers, chocolate, pork, and the like. Go ahead and eat like there is no tomorrow because this part of the diet is temporary and only for a short amount of time.

The HCG diet has proven to be very effective for many people. When done correctly, dieters have lost between 1 and 2 pounds a day. This amount of weight is a substantial amount of weight loss and incredibly quickly. Those individuals with a lot of weight to lose may want to consider the hCG diet, especially if they want to get rid of those extra pounds fast. In one month, a person might find themselves 30-60 pounds slimmer. The diet protocol is similar to Dr. Simeons' protocol because it's full of lean protein, fruit, and veggies. There is not as much limitation to the foods you can eat on this diet protocol. Customers should still avoid sugars, starch, and oil for best results.

Maintenance will be the same when following Dr. Simeon" protocol.

The Importance of Having One Cheat Day When Dieting

Dieting may seem like an impossible feat, especially when you're trying to do it for long periods. Allowing one cheat day every ten days is encouraged, and we have seen great results from those who have followed this advice. While you don't have to allow yourself a cheat day, you will reap benefits when choosing this weight-loss strategy.

  • Feel Satisfied

So while doing the Tree for Life protocol allowing yourself one cheat day can help you feel satisfied. So have that pasta or Mexican food you have been craving and enjoy. Then the next day, go right back on your diet. A cheat day isn't mandatory when dieting, but it often helps curb week-long cravings, allowing you to refocus in the week to come. Your body will feel good, and your mind will follow.

  • Avoid Boredom

Eating the same thing all the time can be tedious and drag you down, both mentally and physically. Furthermore, severely restricting certain foods makes it difficult to stick with a diet long-term. A cheat day often helps dieters change their routines and eating patterns and increase variety -- and certain nutrients -- in their diets.

So a cheat day every ten days will help you jump-start your metabolism and get your leptin receptor working again.

Is there a minimum amount of time on the diet, or a maximum?

It's recommended to do the diet for a minimum of 3 weeks, but you can go up to 12 weeks total, depending on the amount of weight you have to lose. After 12 weeks, it is highly recommended to take a break from maintenance. If not, the body will stop losing weight, and hunger, muscle fatigue, and more can happen.

Who can use it? What limitations are there like BMI, age, health conditions, etc.?

The restrictions will be more about the actual diet, not the drops. Always consult a physician first if you have any questions.

How do you take the drops? Does the dosage vary on how much weight they have to lose or how many calories they are ingesting?

When taking the T4L Diet Drops, you will take 30 drops each day; what works for you determines how and when you take them. You can take six drops six times per day or ten drops three times a day. With our drops, the more frequent the dose, the more effectively. If a person can break down six drops six times per day, even more, the better the results will be.

Does this interfere with any medications, or do any medications cause the weight loss to slow down?

Any medications are relative to the diet, not the actual drops. There are no interactions between medications & the T4L Diet Drops.

Are there documented side effects?

  • 1. Customers will go through a detox phase when starting the diet because they detox from ingredients in their foods and environment. This is not a side effect of the diet or the product.

  • 2. When the metabolic function is low, toxicity is high in the body. To combat this during detox, customers should be very hydrated.

  • 3. Symptoms such as headaches, rashes, nausea, and low energy are all related to toxicity in the body.

How should the drops be stored? Should it be refrigerated?

Store away from EMF, i.e., microwave, TVs, electronics, etc. The drops can be stored at room temp.

Do the T4L Diet Drops interfere with birth control?

This product will not interfere with birth control.

What should the water intake be?

It should be a minimum of 64oz. However, it's best to drink ½ your weight in ounces of water per day. So if you weigh 200 lbs, drink 100oz of water per day. Coffee & tea will not count towards this total as they contain dehydrating properties.

Can you drink alcohol while on the drops without interfering with weight loss?

Alcohol will turn into sugar and carbs when entering the body. It's not recommended to drink alcohol while on our diet. However, many people have consumed alcohol while doing the diet and have been successful. The rule of thumb is every body's body is different. Try it to see how your body responds.

Can you breastfeed while taking the drops?

This product is not necessarily unhealthy for the baby. But a woman should not be on a low-calorie diet of any kind while breastfeeding a child to ensure the baby is getting as many nutrients as possible. If you are breastfeeding and considering the T4L Diet Drops, please consult your physician first.

Is there an expiration date?

The T4L Diet Drops will be potent for three years from the manufactured date if the bottle remains sealed, but once the bottle has been opened, the drops will be good for up to 1 year if stored in the refrigerator and up to 6 months if not refrigerated.

Can you build immunity?

Immunity can be reached after eight weeks on the drops.

Does maintenance get longer after each round?

Maintenance will be the same as in Pounds and Inches, increasing after each round.

Does this cause heart palpitations?

No cause of heart palpitations. Customers should stick with the diet and stay hydrated.

Does it contain stimulants that may cause anxiety, faster heartbeat, etc., such as ginseng, caffeine, etc.?

Yes, the Plus 800 does. So if you are sensitive to this, we suggest you choose a different T4L Advanced weight loss drop.

The Maintenance Phase

The maintenance phase in the hcg diet comes after we have completed our goal for hcg whether it follows the 20 days or longer. The purpose of the maintenance phase is to restore the metabolism and balance in the body and prevent any circumstance in which the body will gain weight back.

The maintenance phase lasts 3 weeks and it is a crucial part of the diet in order to be successful with HCG. Without the maintenance phase, the weight gain will be uncontrollable after we are off the diet. When the last day of the diet drops expire then it is said that you can eat whatever you want which is true except you must avoid foods that have sugar and starch. During the three-week time frame, it is imperative to have a scale with you and make sure to find time every day to weigh yourself. It takes about 3 weeks for the weight to stabilize and cease fluctuation. During this period patients must realize that carbohydrates, such as sugar, bread, rice, potatoes, pastries, etc., are to be avoided at all costs. If no carbohydrates whatsoever are eaten, fats can be indulged in somewhat more liberally and even small quantities of alcohol, such as a glass of wine with meals, do no harm, but as soon as fats and starch are combined things are very likely to get out of hand. This has to be observed very carefully during the first 3 weeks after the treatment is ended otherwise disappointments are almost sure to occur.

When you stop taking the drops, you must remain on whatever calorie diet you are on for 3 more days before increasing your calories. This allows time for the HCG to get out of your system. When you start the 4th day, you can increase your calorie intake to 1500 calories for the maintenance phase. It is not recommended to have any more than 1500 calories during this phase. You can also begin an exercise routine since now you have a sufficient amount of calories to support it.

Remember, your weight will fluctuate during the first week or two. This is normal. Try a steak-, fish-, or chicken-only day, if you need to break a weight loss plateau. The weight will eventually stabilize and cease to fluctuate. Watch the starch and sugar intake very carefully during the 3 weeks. Eat organic foods as much as possible. Eat whatever you want, as long as it doesn't have starch or sugar, during the maintenance phase. Make sure you are eating the full-calorie plan you have chosen each day, even if you are not hungry. Use healthy fats and dairy products to increase your calorie intake, if needed. Drink a lot of water! So enjoy the process and the thought of getting new clothes to show off your new healthier self!
