RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY

Return Policy Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (unopened). Please note that customers are responsible for the postage for shipping back the products. If the delivered order is missing products or contains incorrect products, please contact us to remedy the problem. Customers are responsible for submitting orders with the correct address. If an order is lost or returned due to an incorrect address, the order may be re-delivered at customer's cost or, if the order is returned, the total refund will be minus shipping charges already incurred. Refund Policy:

If you are not having results the first week you need to call us 480-359-8300
You need to keep a diary of the foods you have eaten so we can help you get the results you are looking for.
If after this consultation you are not seeing results then please call us again to see if we can help you.
If after this then you can get a refund minus 20% for handling and restocking fee!
Refund policy for international: If your package is returned you are responsible for the shipping cost. Once we get the package back you will get your refund minus the shipping cost. We have no control over customs and the policies of each country.
 

Refunds and Return Policy:

Your refund (minus shipping and handling charges) will be processed only if the refund policy is followed or product is unopened and returned within 15 days of purchase. We cannot accept any returns after 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Refunds are paid by Tree for Life check and can take up to 7 days once the product is received.  There is also a 10% restocking fee. Be sure and verify the return address before shipping your product back. We are not responsible for returns sent to the wrong address.

If you are requesting a partial refund of a discounted item, the original product price must be paid first. Then the other amount left will be refunded. For example, you purchased a special deal to buy 2 products 1 at regular price and the second half off. If you decided to get a refund you would receive the half off a portion for the 1 bottle as your refund. If you received free shipping due to a bonus of dollars paid, that amount will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us by calling 480-359-8300 or by email at thetree4life@gmail.com. In the case of damaged shipments or products please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and return the product to us. Once we receive the product we will send the replacement out to you at our cost. In the case of non-delivery for USA deliveries, please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed by the postal system.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once the product has been delivered The Tree for Life is no longer responsible. We will help you as much as we can but we are no longer responsible once delivery confirmation has been made by USPS.

Due to the deep discounts given on products and Packages, individual products included in the package cannot be accepted for refund, only for exchange. The entire Package can be returned for full refund (minus shipping and handling) only if it is unopened.

International shipping policy:

Please know that once we have shipped your product and it has left the USA we are no longer responsible since we have no authority to get any other information.

If for any reason your product does not get sent to you due to customs. We will refund 50% of your product that you paid but NOT the shipping costs.

Every now and then or twice in 12 years international packages have been scanned and sent to the wrong address and even other countries. In the event this does happen and does not arrive at you due to mail carrier mistake we will send 1 bottle of what you ordered while the other lost package is finding its way back to you.


NO refunds on any products after it has left the USA or once your product has cleared customs in your country. We have no way of knowing what happens after it clears customs. We will do our best to help you track it and find it.
